Program Information - 2010

Register for programs at the Anthony "Tony" Dugas Recreation Center. Registration accepted Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Registrations will not be accepted by phone, fax or mail. You must sign up by the registration deadline to guarantee a spot on a team. *Participants that live within the boundaries of the recreation district pay the resident fee. Proof of residency (current electric bill or tax bill) needs to be provided at the time of registration.

Summer Baseball and Softball

T-Ball (Boys and Girls) and Baseball Coaches Pitch (7 & 8 boys)
Ages: T-Ball 5 & 6 boys and girls

Ages: 5-12. Players must be 5 by Sept. 1.

Summer Day Camp

The summer day camps feature supervised programs which include arts and crafts, games bowling, movies, skating, swimming and other activities. The camp fee includes admission to activities. Each child must furnish their own lunch and transportation to and from the camp.

2010 Camp Sessions
Registration for District residents begins Monday, March 1, Non-district residents can began registration on Tuesday, March 2.  There be eleven one week sessions. 
Resident -$75 Non-resident - $115 per child - Discounts for 2 or more.
The first session begins May 24.
*Note camp sessions will be 4 days during holiday weeks
*Ages 5-15
*Hours: 9:00 a.m.-4.00 p.m.
*Early drop-off: 6:30 a.m., Late pick-up until 6:00 p.m.

Before and After School Program

Students have the opportunity to participate in activities and do school work under supervised conditions. Space is very limited. Children must attend continuously throughout the school year. If a student decides to drop out of the program for a week there is no guarantee that their spot will be available the next week.
